To make sure you get the best results from the Glaco DX coating, we will carefully prepare the glass surface before applying it. Here is what we will do:

We inspect the glass for any damage, especially on the windshield. We will recommend replacing the glass if it is cracked, as the Glaco DX coating cannot prevent further cracking.
We clean the glass with a car wash shampoo and a microfiber towel. This will remove any dirt, dust, oil, and bugs from the glass.
We use a clay bar to eliminate any remaining contaminants and flaws from the glass. This will create a smooth and clean surface for the Glaco DX coating.
We wipe down the glass with an IPA or Isopropyl Alcohol solution. This will get rid of any residues, oils, or waxes that might interfere with the Glaco DX coating application.
